제1조목적
본 약관은 펭범멍이 시계(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조서비스의 내용
- 서비스는 시계, 할 일·메모 관리, 타임블록·집중 기록 등을 제공하는 무료 개인용 웹 도구입니다.
- Google 로그인 시 여러 기기 간 데이터 동기화 기능을 추가로 제공합니다.
- 운영자는 서비스를 무상으로 제공하며, 서비스의 내용·기능을 개선·변경할 수 있습니다.
제3조계정과 로그인
- 로그인은 Google 계정을 통해 이루어지며, 별도의 비밀번호를 만들지 않습니다.
- 계정으로 이루어진 활동에 대한 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 로그인 없이도 동기화를 제외한 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
제4조이용자의 의무
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 계정·정보를 무단으로 이용하는 행위
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하거나, 자동화된 수단으로 비정상적인 부하를 일으키는 행위
- 관계 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 저장·전송하는 행위
제5조데이터와 백업
- 이용자가 입력한 데이터의 작성·관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 동기화 기능은 편의를 위해 제공되며, 운영자는 데이터의 무손실이나 영구 보관을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 중요한 데이터는 앱의 "전체 백업 내려받기" 기능으로 직접 보관할 것을 권장합니다.
제6조면책 및 책임의 한계
- 서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 무상 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무중단·무오류를 보장하지 않습니다.
- 운영자는 천재지변, 제3자 서비스(예: Google·Firebase)의 장애, 이용자 기기·브라우저 환경 등 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 데이터 손실·서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대한 운영자의 책임은 제한됩니다.
제7조이용 제한 및 서비스 중단
- 이용자가 본 약관이나 관계 법령을 위반하는 경우 운영자는 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 운영자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경은 사전에 공지하도록 노력합니다.
제8조개인정보의 보호
개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
제9조준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다.

1.Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the use of Pengmeongi Clock ("the Service").
2.The Service
- The Service is a free, personal web tool providing a clock, to-do and note management, time blocks and focus logging, and more.
- When you sign in with Google, cross-device data sync is additionally provided.
- The operator provides the Service free of charge and may improve or change its content and features.
3.Account & sign-in
- Sign-in is done through a Google account; no separate password is created.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
- You may use all features except sync without signing in.
4.User obligations
You must not:
- use another person's account or information without authorization;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service, or create abnormal load by automated means;
- store or transmit content that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
5.Data & backup
- You are responsible for creating and managing the data you enter.
- Sync is provided for convenience; the operator does not guarantee no data loss or permanent retention.
- We recommend keeping important data yourself via the app's "Download full backup" feature.
6.Disclaimer & limitation of liability
- The Service is provided free of charge "as is", with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation.
- The operator is not liable for data loss or service interruption due to causes beyond its control, such as force majeure, failures of third-party services (e.g., Google / Firebase), or your device/browser environment.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's liability for damages arising from use of the Service is limited.
7.Restrictions & suspension
- If you violate these Terms or applicable law, the operator may restrict your use.
- The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons, and will endeavor to announce material changes in advance.
8.Protection of personal data
Matters concerning the processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.
9.Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the Service shall be subject to the court of competent jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act as the court of first instance.

本規約は、Pengmeongi Clock（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する運営者と利用者の権利・義務および責任事項を定めることを目的とします。
第2条サービスの内容
- 本サービスは、時計、やること・メモ管理、タイムブロック・集中記録などを提供する無料の個人向けWebツールです。
- Googleログイン時には、複数端末間のデータ同期機能を追加で提供します。
- 運営者は本サービスを無償で提供し、その内容・機能を改善・変更することがあります。
第3条アカウントとログイン
- ログインはGoogleアカウントを通じて行われ、別途のパスワードは作成しません。
- アカウントで行われた活動の管理責任は利用者にあります。
- ログインしなくても、同期を除くすべての機能を利用できます。
第4条利用者の義務
利用者は次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 他人のアカウント・情報を無断で利用する行為
- 本サービスの正常な運営を妨げ、または自動化された手段で異常な負荷をかける行為
- 関係法令に違反し、または他人の権利を侵害する内容を保存・送信する行為
第5条データとバックアップ
- 利用者が入力したデータの作成・管理責任は利用者にあります。
- 同期機能は利便性のために提供され、運営者はデータの無損失や永久保管を保証しません。
- 重要なデータは、アプリの「全データを保存」機能でご自身で保管されることをおすすめします。
第6条免責および責任の制限
- 本サービスは「現状のまま（as-is）」無償で提供され、特定目的への適合性や無中断・無欠陥を保証しません。
- 運営者は、天災、第三者サービス（例：Google・Firebase）の障害、利用者の端末・ブラウザ環境など、制御できない事由によるデータ損失・サービス中断について責任を負いません。
- 関係法令が認める最大限の範囲で、本サービスの利用により生じた損害に対する運営者の責任は制限されます。
第7条利用制限およびサービス中断
- 利用者が本規約または関係法令に違反した場合、運営者は利用を制限することがあります。
- 運営者は運営上・技術上の必要に応じて本サービスの全部または一部を変更・中断することがあり、重大な変更は事前に告知するよう努めます。
第8条個人情報の保護
個人情報の処理に関する事項はプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第9条準拠法および管轄
本規約は大韓民国の法令に従って解釈され、本サービスの利用に関する紛争は、韓国民事訴訟法上の管轄裁判所を第一審の管轄とします。
